Privacy Policy

VEREDIX is a product of CYNIX Tecnologia, based in Brazil. The data controller is CYNIX Tecnologia, represented by Romualdo Barcelos Barbosa. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@veredilex.com.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your work email address
• Your firm name, if you provide it
• The plan you are interested in, if you select one

To protect the form from spam and abuse, your IP address is processed temporarily to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your waitlist entry.

Do not include client information, case details or confidential documents in any field. The waitlist form is not a channel for legal matters.

• To understand which plans and firm sizes are most interested
• To keep the form secure and prevent abuse

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), we process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use it only for the purposes above.

We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Upstash (spam protection). They may process data in the United States and other countries.

We keep your waitlist information until VEREDIX launches in the US and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Under the LGPD you may confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request its deletion or portability, learn who we share it with and withdraw your consent. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@veredilex.com from the address you used to sign up. We respond within 15 days.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.

VEREDIX is built for law firms. This site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will email you first.
